Law of energy says "energy can neither be created nor destroyed, It can be converted from one form into another". Stress is negative energy. It can be converted into some useful positive one. Stress-energy is generated when any particular situation is not fit for you. Things are not happening in the way you wanted them to happen. Mainly it occurs due to dissatisfaction. You can easily relieve your stress by converting it into positive energy. Following points need to be considered for stress management.

1. Change your thoughts.- Thoughts become things. Whatever you think turns into reality. The whole world is the creation of your mind. So you can apply this trick. Whenever you feel stressed or negative, Start thinking about good things in your life. Take a break, listen to good music, watch any movie, Listen to something good. As your thoughts will become positive your stress will start diminishing
2. Accept. Acceptance is the key. We feel stressed because we try to control everything. But we should understand that everything cannot be controled. Sometimes situations get solved by letting go and flowing with the current. So try to accept the situation as it is, and this acceptance will relieve your stress.
3. Learn Meditation- Meditation is a scientific technique to handle stress. While meditating, our brain releases waves which create a feeling of contentedness and you start feeling good. Meditation also calms our body and mind. It builds up positive energy, patience, and strength. So start doing regular meditation
4.Exercise. Doing exercise not only keeps your body fit, but it also balances your hormones. By doing exercise your body and mind start working in harmony. So take at least 30 minutes per day for exercise.
5. Take balanced diet- Food is the god. Whatever you take through mouth goes into your intestine and becomes you. Healthy and light food nourish your body and mind'while heavy food creates lethargy and uneasiness. So eat food consciously. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
6. Learn Time management- A lot of stressful situations arise when we fail to complete our work on time and in the end, we become stressed to complete the pending work. Set your goals and prepare your schedule accordingly. Follow your time table and set priorities.
7. Make time for hobbies- Our hobbies rejuvenate us and create a feeling of joy and satisfaction in life. Our mind energizes when we do something without any reason, just for fun. So generate and develop any hobby and have fun.
8.Get enough rest -  your body and mind gets exhausted after work and needs time to rejuvenate and get ready again. Sleep deprivation may cause many complications, including stress. So never compromise with your sleep and get sufficient rest
9. Dont take drugs. Some people think that smoking or drinking alcohol will relieve stress but it is not so. You will soon become an addict and dependent on these things, which will create more stress in long run.
10. Get Social- Man is a social animal. Society is a great support system. So try to spend enough time with your friends and family. Do something for your society and it will give you happiness and stress-free life in return.
