Life is full of miracles. Every moment your being becomes new.life is a wonderful phenomenon where each and every day bring some new challenges and experiences. We can learn a lot from life. We just need to be positive and everything else happens on its own. Sometimes people ask me How to maintain this positivity. Well, here are a few tips which you can incorporate in your life to become positive.

1. Live in the Moment.
Start living in this moment. Tomorrow never comes and whenever it comes in the form of today. Our brain has a tendency to avoid this moment. We either keep complaining about our past or we keep on planning for the future and in this shifting nature from past to future we go on missing our today. So don't think too much about the past or future. Just live in the moment and you will find a positive energy surrounding you all day long

2. Gratitude-
Gratitude means thankfulness. We always have a sense of lack with us.we always complain about the things which we are not having but others have easily got them. But we never look into the gifts we have already got without any effort. We have eyes to see, we have ears to listen, we have hands to shake and many more things. The human body is the most sophisticated and complex machine in the world. There are so many people on this planet who are unable to see or hear. So many people have lost hands or legs. Those people can understand the price of these organs. But we never feel thankful for all these prestigious things bestowed upon us. We never say thanks for the breath we take in, we never say thanks about such a precious life, the beauty of nature, the music of the wind and rain, the beautiful sky, the nourishing mother earth and many such precious things given to us without any ability. So we must always be thankful for whatever we have got and stop complaining about the things we don't have.

3. Keep laughing-
Like begets like. So whatever the situation is or however hard the life seems to you, Always keep smiling and laughing because when you laugh your brain releases some hormones which make you feel happy from inside out. So laughing helps you to release your stress and makes you positive.

4.  Give More- 
life is like a resonance phenomenon. Like an echo, whatever you give comes back to you in multiple amounts. If you are giving hatred and anger to others you will get more anger and hatred. If you make others happy, you will become more happy, if you share the love you will get loved. If you share positivity, your life will go on becoming positive.

5. Meditate
Meditation is a proven method. People who meditate automatically start getting positive aura and inspiration in life. An Indian Marcos commando(Praveen Teotiya) who was hit by four bullets in a rescue operation became unable to continue his services. But later on he started doing meditation 3 Hours a day and with the help of meditation, he regained his energy and confidence. Then he participated in many marathons and Ironman competition (in South Africa)and won many medals. So meditation is the most powerful tool to become positive in life.
