We are going through tough times. The worldwide spread of epidemic
due to the coronavirus has generated an unknown fear and anxiety. Everyone is stuck
at home waiting for a situation to become better.
It is obvious that The
idleness of home and negativity outside can affect our emotional and
intellectual mindset bur We can easily convert over negative energy into
positive energy if we want to. Everything depends on our mind. We need to train
our minds for positivity. Here are a few tips which can easily change your
energy.
1. YES, Meditation-It is an easy and highly effective method. It doesn't take too
much time. Only 5 to 10 minutes every day are sufficient But you need to do it
regularly for at least three weeks. Do it in the morning. Stand straight,
open your arms, Make a fist of your palms. And shout yes for 7to 10 times. You
should shout yes with full energy and this yes must impact on your navel. The
naval area is the energy center of our body and this meditation activates our
energy center. By shouting Yes we are filling our mind with positive energy.
This process dramatically changes your negativity into positivity within a few
days.
2. Avoid Criticism- Criticism builds up negativity. In fact, talking negatively
about others multiplies our negativity. So always think good about everybody.
Bless everyone who meets you on the way. Life reflects back everything,
Whatever you through out will come back to you like a boomerang. So try to
develop an attitude of thinking good for everyone around you and soon you will
start overflowing positive energy.
3. Take a deep breath- Oxygen is the source of positive energy. We need to inhale
more oxygen and exhale all the CO2 accumulated in our body. But we never pay
attention to our breathing. If you see the small children they breathe from the
stomach. i.e. when they inhale their abdomen moves up and vice versa. and as we
grow older we start breathing from the diaphragm which shows that we start taking a
shallow breath. Hence children are so full of energy and playful. So try to
develop the habit of deep breathing as breathing is the source of all energy in
life. It will take time but it is possible as it is the natural pattern of
breathing which we have forgotten.
4. Upgrade yourself – We are having enough time at our home. We can
utilize this time for upgrading ourselves with new knowledge. Try to read some
good books. You can easily download a few online books. You can listen to some
motivational lectures.TED talks are easily available on YouTube. You can also
join some online training courses. So in spite of spending your time uselessly
do something which makes you a better and more competitive person.
5. Eat Healthily - Our body becomes whatever we eat. Avoid eating oily and junk
food. Eat fruits, salads, and vegetables. It will improve your immunity and
positive energy.
6. Workout- Do physical activities for at least 30 minutes per day. It will
remove all the stress and open up your body and mind. Exercise refreshes us and
makes us strong. So make it the everyday routine to exercise every day.
