Growth is the law of nature. Everything on this planet is improving continuously. The same law is applied to us also. We never grow old until we stop improving. If you want to be young you need to improve yourself.

What are the things they will talk about you? They will talk about your relationship with them, your success stories, your achievements. So what do you want to leave for discussion when you leave your body. How do you want to be remembered when you are no more. So you will have to achieve all those great things for which you will be remembered when you leave this planet.
Here are a few things which you need to do regularly to grow your self.

1. Read books- Books are the source of all wisdom. You need to make habit of reading a book every day. Books provide us new knowledge and improve our memory. Read good and motivating books to inspire and develop yourself.
2. Meditate- Meditation is the solution to all problems. Meditation creates a balance in our lives. It improves immunity and decreases stress level. By doing meditation you will get clarity of thoughts which will guide you towards your journey of life. Meditation also boosts your will power.
3. Surround yourself with positive people-Quality of a person is decided by the company he keeps. So always try to avoid negative people around you like the energy of everyone around you affects you. Positive thoughts will improve your positivity and vice versa.
4. Adopt a morning routine- Getting up early in the morning has huge benefits. First of all, you will get some spare time to take care of yourself which is most important. Our body mind and soul needs nourishment. You need to balance your body before getting out for your work. Getting up early in the morning will keep you refreshed for the whole day. It will bring improvement to your lifestyle.
5. Develop a Hobby-Hobby gives you happiness. It improves your creative energy. It reduces your stress. Sometimes it may give you an opportunity to explore your hidden self. So find any hobby which you would love to develop. It may be Singing, dancing, playing games, swimming, traveling or writing.GIve a little bit of time every day to your hobby.
6. Stop doing meaningless things- Remove all those habits which are not having much importance in your life. There are a lot of things which we go on doing purposelessly without awareness, and they drain us out of our energy. So stop going to useless parties if you don't want to, Stop attending the calls which are taking your precious time. Avoid the people whom you don't want to interfere in your life.

Life is like a river, you need to keep flowing with it. And to float you need to keep less weight.SO live life without any burden, don't take things too seriously and enjoy each and every moment of life as you will not get it again. Live your life to the fullest of your potential and it is the key to growth.
